OUR APPAREL AND ORDERING

 

In stock orders are processed and shipped same day before 3:00 PM, EST, directly from our warehouse in Eustis, Florida. If you have a question or concern about your purchase, or any of our products, please email us at contact@stop6.net. Emails are responded to within two business days. Please remember, we are a small business. Repeated emails only slow the process down for everyone. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you need a return or exchange, the first thing we want to say is thank you for trusting us and giving us a chance, we appreciate it and will do what we can to continue to earn your loyalty.

If you are unsatisfied with your Stop 6 purchase, you can return the unwanted items to our warehouse in as sold condition, unworn and or laundered, with all tags intact, in its original wrapping and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a store credit, exchange or refund. The 30-day mark is calculated by the original purchase delivery date as stated on the tracking record of your shipment. We will provide you with return shipping but, All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA.  

To Request an RMA, simply log in to your account, click on the order containing the item you would like to return or exchange and click “Request RMA” on the unwanted item. You will receive an email within 24 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization number and a return shipping label. Simply place the items back in the original packaging and tape the new label over the old. Don’t forget to bring it to the mailbox because you’re running late and almost spilled coffee on your suit grabbing the damn thing.

Because we are a small business, we truly value your business. To keep our prices low and continue to offer free shipping and returns, please be advised we have updated our Returns Policy. We will gladly return or exchange any item, however, items purchased via store credit will be subject to return shipping fees. Abuse of our returns and exchange policy may cause administration to de-activate your account without prior warning.

FINAL SALES: All sales of Corsets, helmets, cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, shoes, lingerie, swimwear, and items marked as "CLEARANCE" are final. If you have any questions regarding your corset purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will be more than happy to assist you in finding the correct size for you. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

As stock comes in and out quickly, returns and exchanges for items not currently in stock can take up to sixty days to process. We can and will let you know when your return is received and an approximate shipping date for the replacement item.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE

 

 

 

 

Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. 

Shipping and Handling Charges are Non-Refundable

If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email containing a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and Return Shipping. Items available in stock will be shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice upon receipt of exchanged items.


If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.

Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed and an approximate shipping date for the replacement item if the item needed is not currently in stock.
